This is a one-person operation, folks! But you best believe I’ll try my darn tootin’est to get back to you quicker than a whippersnapper in a leaky canoe at sunset. Hopefully, most of your answers can be found here but if not, please give me a holler.

Once an order has shipped, it’s out of my hands and at the will of the postal service. The tracking number that is sent to your email has all the same information as I do, so keep an eye on it’s progress through their service.
If your package is running late or you assume it’s been stolen, please contact USPS.
If the package is clearly lost, I will replace it, if possible, or issue a refund! -
I try my best to package every order with care and as much protection as possible but sometimes they can get roughed up in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact me immediately if you’d like to cancel or change anything about your order. If I receive this request before I ship your order I will do my best to accommodate!

All tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you haven’t received your tracking number, check your spam folder. If that doesn’t work, just email me and provide your order number.

I accept returns or exchanges (while supplies last) within 14 days.
You’ll be responsible for shipping costs.

I ship out every order within 2-5 business days. If for whatever reason I can’t, I’ll email you with an update or post a mass update via Instagram.
Please contact me if you need to rush an order and I’ll try to ship it out as soon as possible.
